At Bottega Good Flowers, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality flowers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only in specific cases.
Return Window
If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or has quality issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Return Costs
If the issue is on our end (damage, wrong product), we will cover the return or replacement cost. In all other cases, return shipping or redelivery fees may apply.
Photo Proof
We may ask for a photo of the item and a short description to assess the situation.
Refunds
Refunds for defective products only (if approved) are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
